- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is complicated because it is based on what the customer chooses. We will always work within the customer's budget and help save them money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrange a in-home visit with the perspective client, to review the project and in turn provide an estimate. Once the estimate is accepted by the client, I proceed with providing an outstanding experience and project delivery that will exceed my clients expectations!
