To be honest, I was a little skeptical to work with a Tiffany as my coach. I’ve never worked with a coach before, but I figured if she helped me with 1/3 of what I hired her to help me with, she’d be worth it. She provided much more value than she promised and I can honestly say that I’m just not the same person as I was before working with her. She walked me through my transition from full-time employee to full-time real estate agent with my first full-time employee. My mindset is sharper. My sleep is better. I have more energy. I’m working out & meditating consistently. I have a highly effective calendar system. I think the best compliment to her work was not just my results, but the amount of compliments and questions I’m asked on how I changed so quick. My sessions with Coach Tiffany were absolutely game-changing. My biggest takeaway was sleep! I go to sleep exactly at 10 every night now, no problem. In the beginning, I had a really hard time sleeping. Now, I don’t have energy without it! I wake up without an alarm now and if I do have an alarm, I wake up without pressing snooze! She also taught me how to prioritize myself, communicate more productively, and how to set boundaries. My time is organized on a calendar now; I’m on track and I have more direction now. I was stuck, I had everything I needed except for my mindset to succeed in this one part of my life. Tiffany and I had talked 6 months before I decided to finally give her a call and see what we could do together. The past 6 months have been a whirlwind! Tiffany helped me get organized and set routines that I could actually stick to. I came to her because I was eating unhealthy, mindlessly scrolling on social media and putting off work until the end of the day since I work from home. I had a hard time creating boundaries and building a schedule I could stick to. I created a calendar for myself in the past, but ended up never following through. I had to leave that all behind in 2020! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, I don't work with clients unless I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that I can fully support their needs with my skills & drive their results. I offer a low-price introductory call where we can decide together if we're a fit to work together based on your aspirations, challenges & needs. From there, you can expect weekly or bi-monthly call schedule for a period of 2-6 months, depending on what's needed to achieve the results you desire. This will be discussed and recommended on our first call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Fill out an intake questionnaire to make the most of our call 2. Set up intro Zoom call 3. Create an coaching plan & action plan 4. Execute that plan to the best of both our abilities
