Introduction: SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY!!! l am only available in- person right now between 9am and 3pm most days! l do try and be flexible with others schedules though so if you are out of town frequently or your work schedule is unpredictable l offer online training where l can send exercises to you so you can stay consistent with your goals..l need at least 2 days a week with you to help you. l have package incentives l can go over with you like couple packages(friend or significant other), referral packages and monthly discount packages to see what fits. l also help with nutritional guides to facilitate your progress whether you are trying to lose fat or build muscle or both!!
