We had an amazing experience with Jobs Wel-Done 1!
They cleaned our moldy patio and screen enclosure, concrete sidewalks and driveway pavers as well as serviced our dryer vent and cleaned the roof gutters. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite. Our sidewalks look brand new—all the deep dirt and stains are completely gone. They also showed me how much lint was trapped in our dryer vent, and now my dryer works much faster and safer. They cleaned up everything before leaving.
We highly recommend Jobs Wel-Done 1 for great work and fair pricing!

I can’t recommend Jerome with Jobs Wel-Done enough! We hired him to clean our windows, and the results were incredible. Since I’d never had my windows professionally cleaned before, I wasn’t even sure what services I needed. Jerome took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and help me choose the best option without ever making me feel pressured.
He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and did a very thorough job. The difference in our windows is amazing! His pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work and attention to detail he provided.
If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and takes pride in their work, Jerome is the person to call. 10/10 recommend—I will absolutely be using Jobs Wel-Done again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM JOB WEL DONE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Job Wel Done, and I cannot say enough great things about the quality of service provided by the owner, Weldon! If you are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and takes the time to explain the job thoroughly, I highly recommend this company!
Weldon did an amazing job pressure cleaning my driveway and cleaning out my dryer vent. Both services were much needed, and I am extremely pleased with the results.
🚿 DRIVEWAY PRESSURE CLEANING
My driveway needed some serious attention, and Weldon did an excellent job pressure cleaning it. He took the time to get the job done properly, and the difference a good cleaning makes is incredible. It is such a great feeling to have your driveway looking clean and refreshed again. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and that definitely showed in the service I received.
🔥 DRYER VENTCLEANING — THIS WAS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT!
The dryer vent was a much bigger issue than I initially realized. Since purchasing my home, I had been experiencing a frustrating problem: I would have to run my dryer several times just to dry a few pieces of clothing! I could not understand why my dryer was taking so long.
After having Weldon inspect and clean the vent, it became clear that there was a significant buildup of lint that had not been properly taken care of by the previous owner. The vent was clogged, and that restricted the airflow needed for my dryer to work efficiently.
Weldon took the time to explain the problem and the importance of getting that lint buildup removed. Lint accumulation is not something homeowners should ignore because a clogged dryer vent can restrict airflow, increase drying times, and create a potential fire hazard.
I truly appreciated having someone who was knowledgeable, informative, and willing to explain why the service was necessary instead of simply showing up and doing the work. Understanding what was going on with my dryer helped me realize just how important regular dryer vent maintenance really is.
👏 PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the informative service. Weldon did not just come out to complete a job; he helped me understand the importance of maintaining my home and addressing problems that could otherwise go unnoticed.
From the driveway pressure cleaning to the dryer ventcleaning, I was very pleased with the service. It is refreshing to find a company that makes you feel comfortable, takes the time to explain things, and leaves you feeling confident about the work performed.
MY FINAL VERDICT: JOB WEL DONE DESERVES 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I highly recommend Job Wel Done and its owner, Weldon, to anyone needing driveway pressure cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or similar home maintenance services.
If you have noticed that your dryer is taking multiple cycles to dry your clothes, please do not overlook the possibility of a clogged dryer vent. And if your driveway needs a good cleaning, give Weldon a call!
I appreciate the excellent service, the helpful explanations, and the attention given to my home. I would absolutely recommend Job Wel Done to family, friends, and anyone looking for dependable service.
Thank you, Weldon, for a job WEL DONE! The company name says it all! 👏🏽🏡
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services and prices are catered specifically to what the customer needs and wants (if it makes sense). Every house is different, which makes every job different. Because I offer multiple services, I do offer package discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to acquire as much information as I can, as to give the most accurate estimate possible. Name, number, email, and address are the basic things I need to compose an official estimate. Everything discussed verbally/text/email will be reflected in the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CDET, which is the only recognized dryer vent certification that is issued by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). I am currently a fire-fighter, and I'm well versed in fire safety, and prevention. My knowledge of building and construction, water flow, and working in high/hot environments translates well into the pressure cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning services that I offer.
