From the very beginning, Santiago and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. They provided a detailed estimate, developed a high-level design concept, and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the project before work began. They also provided a complete bill of materials (BOM), a realistic project timeline, and sourced high-quality materials to ensure the gazebo was built correctly and to last.
Throughout the project, Santiago kept me informed with regular status updates and was always available to answer questions. The workmanship was outstanding, and it was evident that the team takes pride in doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail, transparency, project management, and commitment to quality from start to finish. The gazebo exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and highly professional contractor, I would confidently recommend Prime Build Group and Santiago. They delivered exactly what they promised and did an excellent job.
