I highly recommend Prime Build Group and Santiago for any construction or outdoor living project.
From the very beginning, Santiago and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. They provided a detailed estimate, developed a high-level design concept, and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the project before work began. They also provided a complete bill of materials (BOM), a realistic project timeline, and sourced high-quality materials to ensure the gazebo was built correctly and to last.
Throughout the project, Santiago kept me informed with regular status updates and was always available to answer questions. The workmanship was outstanding, and it was evident that the team takes pride in doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts.
