These guys dis an excellent job duct cleaning and installing a UV light at a rental property. The workers were very respectful of the tennants property and took the time to protect beds / baby cribs with plastic before cleaning the ducts.
Their workers were very professional and left the house in great condition.

I contacted this company for the $20 per AC cleaning special as I only needed 6 ducts cleaned. Nowhere in the company's marketing introduction did it mention they had a minimum of ac ducts or a minimum amount to come out and perform service.
They informed me 2 hours before appointment that they had a minimum of $175 to come out and service and they thought I had 10 vents but if I add the dryer vent cleaning they could do the job for $240.
First of all, as a seasoned professional why would you ever assume anyting; all properties are of different shapes and sizes.
Second of all, and the most insulting of the process is that they assumed could up-sell me on another service to get the end result I wanted of cleaning the AC ducts. All while trying to make up for the fact that they we're not upfront and transparent in their marketing introduction.
In conclusion, this was a waste of time had they been up front at the beginning they wouldn't be getting such a low rating.
It's not the price it's the principle!
I would suggest you put the minimum amounts of ducts and service amounts in marketing introduction.

Excellent job! I had two dryers that were super clogged with lint and water was collecting in the duct. Zsolt responded immediately and showed up on time. He did an amazing job in cleaning them out, even going on the roof to make sure it was all clear. He was very professional, knowledgable and the price was more than fair. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend and will definitely have him come again.

We bought a LG washer and dryer set about 6 months ago. The dryer started shutting off and showing a d90 code. After looking in the book it said the code meant that the vent was the issue. I looked up dryer vent companies and I noticed Air Duct and Dryer Vent Florida. I started reading the reviews and there was someone with the exact same issues I was having with my dryer.
I contacted Air Duct and received a response and an appointment for the next day between 9 - 10. I received a call from the tech, William, going over all my information for tomorrow’s appointment. He told me to unplug the machine for 30 minutes then start it again. He said sometimes it will reset. I appreciated that information because it might have worked and saved me a service call.
William showed up at 9:05. He came in and began to evaluated our situation. He moved the dryer out and unhooked the vent. He went outside and got on the roof. A few minutes later he came back with a picture of the roof vent that was completely covered with lint. He gave us 3 price options for cleaning out the vent tube. There was no pressure to select one cleaning over the other. William started cleaning. We were amazed at the amount of lint that came out of the pipe that runs to the roof. He showed us pictures of the before and after. We watched video of all the stuff being sucked into the vacuum. He even took off the back of the dryer to vacuum in there too.
After he finished cleaning up he took his stuff out to his truck. He asked if we ever had cleaned out our air unit. He noticed the unit in our garage had mold. He took off the panel and showed us black mold all over inside the unit. He gave us a price and we told him to go ahead. Our 9 year old unit looks brand new and best of all we’ll be breathing clean air.
Overall we had a very positive experience with Air Duct & Dryer Vent Florida. William was very professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything. Best of all he made friends with our dog, Gracie. Attached you can see Gracie guarding her bone but ready just in case William needs any help with the vent.😁
