Linda M. says, "Alex came out to give me an estimate on ductwork replacement in my home. I have a split floor plan, with the primary bedroom on one side and the other three on the other side of my home. My concern was that my bedroom temperature was higher than the bedrooms on the other side of my home. Alex went up in my attic, checked out all my ductwork, checked my a/c and took temperature readings from all over the house. Alex advised there were no leaks or failures in the ductwork. He said that my bedroom bathroom looked to have had a vent added. I told him it was added/ moved when the bathroom was remodeled. Rather than ductwork replacement, Alex suggested that I instead close the bathroom vent, as needed, to divert more cold air into my bedroom. I thanked him for coming out and for giving me advice to not spend money, thus missing out on a possible job. Lastly, he gave me advice to ask any other estimators to show pictures for what needed to be repaired and of the outcome of the work completed. Very good experience all the way around. I would definitely call him for estimates if I needed A/C or ductwork assistance in the future."See more

I had a need for a gasket repair. The gasket itself was backordered by GE and Corned appliance repair was super patient and willing to work with me knowing we had to wait on the GE gasket first. Once it finally arrived from GE I had a great experience. They responded quickly and arrived punctually and were ready to help me out the day after the gasket arrived. The repair was great quality and done very efficiently. Highly recommend. Will gladly reach out if I need assistance again on any appliance .
