- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the client has to take into account first that he is hiring an expert person to solve the problem as quickly as possible, that this person has invested in all his tools to make the tasks easier and that he knows how to maneuver each one of the tools in the company. safer way to avoid committing incidents or personal accidents such as materials in the property, many times it is not about paying cheaply for the time it takes, but all the time it took for that person to buy their tools and learn the correct procedure to do the task
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to know the details of the arrangements that the client wants to make in order to give him an exact estimate of what can be spent on materials and labor, and finally, I like to make visits totally free to see the details of the works and that way the client knows me in person and sees that they can trust me and my experience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied a professional career in my country as an engineer, so I love measuring and looking for practical solutions with good security policies
