FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on the type of service, location, and whether the session is in-person, at a specific location, or online/remote. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Type of Service: Each service I offer is priced individually based on the format and the level of personalization. For example, a one-on-one in-person session will have a different rate than a group class or an online session. 2. Location: If the session is held in-person, pricing may differ depending on the location. For example: •In-person sessions at a specific location (like a gym or studio) are typically priced lower because there are no travel fees. •At-home sessions will include an additional travel fee to cover my time and expenses. 3. Online/Remote Sessions: These are priced at a more affordable rate since no travel is involved, making them a great option for those looking for convenience and flexibility. 4. Discounts: I offer occasional discounts for packages or when booking multiple sessions. For example, if you book 10 sessions upfront, you may receive a discount. Feel free to ask me about any available promotions or bundle offers. 5. Additional Fees: There may be additional fees for services such as: • Travel Fees: For at-home sessions, I charge a travel fee based on distance. • Special Requests: If there are any special requests, props, or locations that require additional setup or accommodations, I will inform you ahead of time and provide a breakdown of any extra charges. I believe in transparent pricing and always provide a breakdown of the cost before you commit. I want to ensure that you get the most value from our sessions and that it fits your budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a consultation to understand the client’s needs, goals, and any challenges they may be facing, whether that’s related to fitness, body movement, or overall wellness. Based on this conversation, I create a customized plan that incorporates movement, healing practices, and fitness routines designed to meet their specific goals. I then work with them step-by-step, checking in regularly to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. I believe in an adaptive and flexible approach, ensuring clients feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience as a professional dancer, which has given me a deep understanding of body movement, anatomy, and injury prevention. Additionally, I have training in various wellness practices including yoga, pilates, fitness coaching, and personal training. My approach blends my background in performance with a strong foundation in holistic wellness practices. I continuously educate myself in areas such as injury recovery, mindfulness, and body awareness to ensure I’m providing the best possible care for my clients.
