- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that the price offered is the final one, unless a modification is previously agreed between the two parties during the technical visit, either to add something new, or to remove something that is not necessary to execute!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.- The client must request the respective estimate of the work. 2.- We receive all the information and send you an estimate. 3.- If there are doubts between the parties, we send the staff to the client's house to carry out a technical inspection and clarify the doubts. 4.- Set the day and time for the execution of the new job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a technical staff made up of a Mechanical Engineer and specialist technician in Attic Insulation with more than 7 years of experience.
