Introduction: Wynwood School of Music is an after-school and weekend music program in the heart of Miami's art district led by music education giants and professional musicians, Sammy Gonzalez and Zach Larmer.
After Sammy and Zach established themselves in the music education community by serving over 2,400 students through Young Musicians Unite - a non-profit providing free music education in public schools - they realized there was still an unmet need for private, individualized instruction for students who are looking to take music seriously. In 2019, the Wynwood School of Music was born.
By providing high-quality private lessons, youth bands, and performing ensembles, Wynwood School of Music offers students of all ages a fun and safe community to realize their full potential as musicians.

Zach is s superstar musical educator. His knowledge is unrivaled and his patience is endless. Zach knows how to make a lesson fun while still imparting a lot of information. He knows musical theory as well as anyone and also has an incredible ear. He is a pleasure to work with and I could not think of a better teacher.
