I hired Chef Alejandro to cook dinner the first night of my 40th birthday trip. From beginning to end he exceeded expectations. He proposed an incredible dinner menu, carefully taking into account the food allergies in the group, and working with me on a few tweaks. He arrived on time, prepared the meal on site, served all of us, and beautifully explained what was served. The food was INCREDIBLE. He prepared fresh flatbread on demand, brought herbs and vegetables from his garden, and pivoted to a beautiful salad when the watermelon at the store didn’t look good. Best of all he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it and was a joy the entire time. I wish I lived in Florida so I could hire him more often. Chef Alejandro made our first night in Florida a night to remember - we couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! Thank you, Chef Alejandro!

Alejandro prepared the most delicious feast for 10 adults, and at very short notice! Booking with him was a breeze as he was extremely responsive. We didn't have a cuisine in mind, so he suggested a mezze-style sharing experience that was perfect for us. He used fresh, creative, and sustainable ingredients to create flavors that many of us had never experienced. He was passionate, attentive, and brought a great energy to the evening. Our Airbnb was unfortunately ill-equipped, but he went above and beyond to bring any equipment needed, including stopping on his way to get appropriate serving platters! Would 100% recommend him, and can't wait to book him again.

"Chef Alejandro: A Culinary Genius" Chef Alejandro turned my kitchen into a Michelin-star sushi bar! He’s a true genius. Every bite was absolute perfection—from the freshest fish to creative flavors. Honestly, it was better than overpaying at a Miami restaurant. Watching him work was just as fun as enjoying the meal with the whole family and all my guests. If you want an unforgettable private dining experience, he’s your guy! Plus, his menu is so versatile. We were blown away by his Japanese cuisine, and we’re already planning to book him again to try his Italian dishes. A friend swears by his handmade gnocchi and ravioli—can’t wait!

Alejandro made our Thanksgiving dinner for 12 absolutely perfect! The turkey was outstanding, and every dish was delicious. He was super professional, easy to work with, and adjusted the menu for dietary needs. He cooked everything on-site and left the kitchen spotless. My family is still talking about it a week later - 10/10 would book again!
