José is amazing! I hired him for an 8 person dinner. It was four courses and everything was so delicious!! Presentation was so beautiful. Jose is punctual and very responsive to my messages. We needed a server as well, which he accommodated and Oscar was excellent as well!! I would recommend 10/10 !

We had car problems, which made us a little late to getting to our home. Jose was very patient and sympathetic to our issue. He arrived on time, prepare the food, serve the food, and cleaned up after himself. Everyone felt that the food was amazing. He was very professional and again. The food was amazing.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a wedding celebration at our home, and Chef Jose's catering was absolutely phenomenal! We had 16 guests and shared our vision with him, and he not only delivered exactly what we asked for but also added his own magic touch. The cold cuts and cheese display was a feast for the eyes, with amazing color combinations and flavor pairings. For appetizers, we asked for small bites to pass around, and Chef Jose blew us away with tiny crab cakes, ceviches, tuna tartar, pork belly, shrimp skewers, and so much more that we couldn't even keep track of all the delicious options! The main course was incredible, with 6 whole fish cooked under salt and wrapped in plantain leaves that infused an unforgettable flavor. The carving station featuring a whole strip loin was also a highlight, it was truly mouth watering. Chef Jose, you exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable. Thank you!

Chef Jose is absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of having him cook for us for about 6 months before we moved out of Miami, and it was an incredible experience. He would prepare meals for us every 3 days, labeling and portioning everything perfectly so all we had to do was heat it up. The best part was the constant surprises, he'd introduce us to new dishes and flavors we'd never tried before, keeping our meals exciting and fresh. His attention to cleanliness and organization was impressive, and it showed in the quality of the food. One of the highlights was watching our son Diego learn to cook with Chef Jose. He was great with Diego, taking the time to teach him new skills and share his passion for cooking. We'd highly recommend Chef Jose to anyone looking for exceptional culinary service!
