Introduction: I grew up playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. It was a way of life for me and my family. I never thought of becoming a trainer but then I realized how passionate I was to help people reach their fitness goals. Now, I’ve been a trainer for 3 years and I hold a BS in Physical Education. I have worked with quite a few clients who have struggled with weight loss and building lean muscle. My workouts are composed of circuits, HIITs, AMRAPS, strength training, and outdoor activities. My focus isn’t just on the physical but more on the total body. I focus on the person’s mental and emotional state as well because it all ties in. I’m detailed and effective with my work. I love to build friendships with everyone I train. It’s all about community and family. My work is detailed and effective and I’m always willing to work with someone’s budget.
