- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every wedding or event is unique. For this reason I rather speak with the client first and quote her according to her needs and desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Their is nothing better than to speak with a client personally so you can get to know each other better. I will call the client and go over the details of their event. If the client can not meet at my office, then we can discuss details over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I try to keep up with our latest techonlogy and methods on photography.
