- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand roofing projects and repairs tend to be expensive. This is why here at Sunshine Roofing Solutions, our first priority is listening to the client's problem and offer multiple solutions to solve the issue within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial call to understand the client's problem. 2. Schedule a site visit of the property. 3. Document deficiencies and give the client a summary of the findings with photographs. 4. Provide the client with possible solutions based on their budget. 5. Submit a proposal if full roof replacement is required or a report with recommendations and cost of repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience as a building enclosure consultant working with multiple engineering firms throughout the nation on federal, government, multifamily, and commercial projects. I possess the RRO certification with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants which is a certification required to perform roof inspections on military projects.
