I walked in the door after work to very hot and unhappy family members, and a boyfriend who was convinced tonight was the night to tackle DIY hvac repair. Thankfully B&M answered my call for help first and they got here and had the problem diagnosed (bad capacitor) and fixed (replaced the capacitor) in less than an hour (and before my boyfriend got his tools out)! We are all sleeping in a nice cool house tonight thanks to B&M! I will not hesitate to call them in the future. There was no service fee and the total price to replace the capacitor was super reasonable…they were professional and did not stick us with a huge bill knowing we were desperate to get some cold air. True professionals! Thanks again guys!"See more
