I worked with Dorrell for almost a year as my personal trainer back when he was training at YouFit Health Clubs. Every training session, Dorrell would push me and teach me new training techniques, leaving me to always seeing results. Dorrell is very well educated on training techniques and genuinely cares about his clients. He would teach me proper form of training and how to push my body to the limit. We would also discuss diet and nutrition, which is extremely important in any training regiment. Dorrell always would educate me on natural remedies and how whole foods are best for your body and over all health, which I really admired. As my training contract was coming to an end at YouFit Health Clubs, I came to Dorrell for advice on competing in my first natural bodybuilding show, in the bikini division. He gave me nothing but positive feed back and endless support, truly believing in my ability to perform well. Fast forward over a year later, I have been consistently competing in the bikini division in natural bodybuilding shows, placing well in many shows, even a first place win. I am so blessed to have had Dorrell as a personal trainer, as he really kick-started my love for fitness, nutrition and over-all good health! I would recommend anyone to utilize Dorrell's services as he is so well rounded, working with anyone from young adolescents to senior citizens. He genuinely cares about your health and progress and that is very hard to find now a days in this industry.

I interviewed 6 trainers including John. He was the only one that got the point I needed to start from, and not try and make me start at a point that was too advanced for me. He did this, and still does to this day, by doing a thorough evaluation of my abilities. After 6 months I have worked out with him, I have lost 35 lbs, and I feel stronger, better. I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer.
I've worked with many personal trainers over the years and out of all of them Carol Stockdale has been by far the most knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of health and weight loss. She helped me with nutrition and picking the right food for my dietary needs and weight loss goals and kept working out fun and interesting so I never got bored and wanted to quit like I did in the past. I met with Ronnie before training began. I explained my physical limitations. My first workout was intense but left me with a great experience. Ronnie adapted to my needs. Some people with physical limitations are hesitant to hire a personal trainer. Ronnie made me feel at ease. I had no feelings of intimidation that many people with disabilities experience with a trainer or in a gym. That is a trainer's job to train and let clients feel a great sense of accomplishment. Kasha Williamson was my personal trainer for about 4 months. She helped me significantly by believing in me. She pushed me to spaces I would have never pushed myself. Before I started working out with PrimeFAST I had a list of goals that I wanted to achieve. My two main goals were fixing my form when I run and speed, because I so desperately wanted to get faster! I have been training with Andrew for more than a year now and he is great! He was highly recommended to me from the gym I used to go to. Sometimes I wasn't as constant as I should had been by myself, but he helped me get into the right mindset to achieve faster results and has been very motivational. I really like working out with Byrd. The total body routine he has chosen for me is extremely time efficient and productive. In about 4 weeks, I begin to see great definition to my legs, arm and back. Byrd is great personal trainer who I will continued to work out with whenever I am in Florida.
