- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love to meet in person or have a quick phone chat first to see how well we connect, and take that time to be very honest and open. I believe that having a great first connection makes a big difference in the long term outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Health Sciences, basic Nutrition & have been a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer for over 12 years now. I believe that we never really stop learning in this amazing industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I grew up in a home without much focus on exercise or good nutrition, not because my parents didn't care, but because they didn't know any better. I suffered from asthma and back problems, I was always tired and struggled with my weight and with all that I developed very low self-esteem, all before I was even even 15 years old! Over time, I discovered the life-changing difference that exercise and healthy eating habits can make and, beyond that, I discovered my passion for sharing his knowledge with others. With starting L.T.P Fitness, I am making it my mission to reach as many people as possible with the message that, it doesn't matter how rich you are, or how poor... Good health and fitness habits are achievable, and you don't have to spend a fortune to get there. My passion and commitment to helping each and every one of My athletes achieve their personal fitness goals has already earned me a reputation for excellence. I make it a priority to really know every one I train and their fitness goals, and strive to provide the training, education, support and motivation to meet those goals, whatever they happen to be. I am committed to pursuing excellence and to pushing My athletes not just to survive, but to thrive.
