"I first met Katey Trauth a little over a year ago when I decided to finally make a commitment to get in shape and lead a healthy life. I had tried several times in the past to get in shape on my own, but lacking the knowledge of how to actually achieve the results I wanted, I would eventually lose motivation and quit.
Katey has an easy-going, very friendly personality and she brings a lot of positive energy to every session. That, along with her great sense of humor makes each training session a lot of fun. She has helped me learn a lot about proper nutrition as well as the correct way to exercise to avoid injury. With Kateyâs help and encouragement, I have lost 50lbs in the past year. I not only look and feel better but my energy level has also increased. I have noticed that my strength and endurance are steadily improving. I even competed in my first obstacle race this year! No matter what kind of problem I might be dealing with, Kateyâs enthusiasm and positive attitude are contagious and instantly put me in a better mood and ready to workout.
