Great personal trainer. Cornell at Tru U is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who has taught me alot just in the few days i have worked with him. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything to you. From workout routines to fit your fitness goals, to a wide variety of routines to mix it up you will have fun in each session.

Ave is very professional and a diligent personal trainer, who truly focuses on the fitness goals of her clients. I've trained with Ave for quite a long time, and would highly recommend her. Beth was my personal trainer for about half a year, until I had to take a break while I was in nursing school. She is the most amazing trainer I have had, and I have had many through out the years with playing sports. Beth will analyze your body and find your weaknesses that you need to work on, balance you out, and help you get the body that you desire. She can help with strength, balance, conditioning, whatever your goals are she can help with it. Beth is a high recommendation of mine. My goals were weight loss and I lost 30 pounds while working with her, and greatly increased my strength while doing so. Jane Bath is extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of holistic topics. My "go to" person for health needs, Jane has supported me in more times and more ways than I can count. When I was trying to wean myself off a medication, Jane instructed me exactly how to do that. No doctor ever did that. Over the years, when I encountered various illnesses, Jane advised what herbs, minerals, vitamins, and other supplements to take. Her knowledge goes beyond any source I can find on my own. I am a 55 year old male. I've known Reggie Lewis for better then 15 years. Earlier in my life, I was heavily involved in the martial arts, and boxing. As a result, I sustained a few lasting injuries that flare up from time to time. Often times I've come to the gym, in pain or limping. Mr. Lewis, always knew how to work around my affliction(s), and made sure I got in an intense and impactful workout. Because I've had so many trainers and coaches, I have a pretty good eye when it comes to identifying character traits of a good trainer. Reggie Lewis, is a very good trainer. He has compassion and caring for his clients, but rest assured, he will encourage and challenge you to push yourself to achieve your goals. Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. I have been an athlete my entire life and have had many injuries that have followed me over time. James and I started training together many years ago and he immediately offered to help me with my injuries. I can honestly say that without his help I wouldn't still be exercising. I had severe knee and back problems that he helped me through. In addition to that, I have gone to James many times over the years for guidance on weight training, conditioning, and diet. He always has insightful advice. One thing I enjoy most is that James takes the time to understand exactly what your specific problems and desires are and helps you achieve them. He cares about you getting results. I am confident that anyone who works with James will get great results if they follow his advice. I went to Beautiful Mind to have a session that could possibly help me better focus while studying for a big exam that was coming up. Up to this point I was really having trouble focusing on my studies and my test date was coming up quickly. I feel the mission was more than accomplished as I was not only able to focus better while studying but all my test anxiety was also eliminated. I passed my exam on the first try. I highly recommend Susan at Beautiful Mind as she has a very warm and sensitive way. I had one other session prior to this one as well. This hypnosis was all new to me. I didn't know much about it but had heard wonderful things about Susan Iocono and thought I'd give her a try. If there's anything in your life you'd like to improve,change or work out then this may be a great solution.
