I had an amazing experience with Mega Duct Cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the results. My house had a persistent bad smell and we later discovered there was mold inside the system something I was really concerned about.
From start to finish, the service was extremely professional and thorough. They performed a deep cleaning of all the vents and air ducts, fully sanitized the entire unit, and explained every step along the way so I knew exactly what was being done. On top of that, they installed a UV light to prevent future mold growth, which gave me real peace of mind.
A huge shoutout to the technician Roy! he was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and very detail-oriented. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. The difference in air quality is noticeable immediately, and the bad smell is completely gone.
