About

I have practiced law in Florida for over 20 years. In addition, I am a retired naval officer with extensive fleet, a Washington D.C. staff experienced, and a former vice president of a health insurance company. As a Florida-certified Circuit Civil mediator, I mediate, primarily, in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, but I am available throughout Florida. My background in government while serving in Washington D.C. and in the health insurance industry, combined with my legal experience makes me uniquely qualified to mediate a wide range of issues. My goal in every mediation is to help both parties take control of their own destiny, so they can resolve their issues in a mutually satisfactorily manner as inexpensively as possible.

About

Diane Danois is a highly skilled family law mediator with two decades of litigation experience, who assists couples to mediate their divorce cost and time efficiently. Agreements can be drafted to address issues relating to parenting plans, equitable distribution, spousal or child support, and any other disputes that require resolution. As a neutral party, Diane neither represents nor advocates for either party, and works to promote creative solutions for her clients. As a divorce coach, Diane Danois works with clients in the pre-divorce stage, providing counsel, guidance and education about the the technical aspects of the divorce process, as well as strategies on how to be prepared emotionally and financially for the divorce. Some clients continue coaching sessions beyond the divorce to manage issues that inevitably arise relating to parenting plans, child support, and just getting along with ex-spouses. While your attorney is there for you to provide legal advice during the case, your divorce coach will handhold you from the beginning and well past the issuance of the final decree, to help you prepare for the rest of your post-divorce life.

Where do I start? My case was let's say special and that's an understatement. I became blind and was being hit from all directions. I had a attorney who hurt me more than helped , then I was referred Ms.Dalton by a person serving me papers.... go figure , being blind Natasha went out of her way by driving me driving too me and also dealing with my let's say not so easy personality and ever changing situation. There was no winner or looser when it comes down to a child involved but the best out come i could ask for and the amount of patients it took to get this completed is commendable to say the least . Caring, tuff, extremely knowledgeable and I must say well dressed but a straight bull dog when need be. Natasha not only earned my respect in her profession but I look at as a person whom I would like to call a friend, and know outside of this we will continue to keep up together . Thank you Matthew Beyers

About

I enjoy helping people come to a conflict resolution outside of the courtroom. Thereby hopefully avoiding litigation, which can potentially be more: costly, time consuming, emotionally draining, etc.
