- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several pricing packages to choose from 1 session - $100 5 sessions - $450 ($90 per session) 10 sessions $800 ($80 per session) 20 sessions $1400 ($70 per session) - the most popular package for committed clients I can also train 2 people at the same time, the price would be 50% more per session or per package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a "must do" in our profession, I've learned all the different approaches in strength, flexibility, endurance training to pick up the best of each, to create my own systems to meet the clients expectations (weight loss, specific sport training, muscle mass gaining, slimming and toning e.t.c.)

Fitness Assessment An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. My fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results. The Fitness assessment measures: Body fat BMI (Body Mass Index) Physical endurance Muscle strength Strength Training I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results. Tracking Results An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals. Nutrition Counseling Together we can develop a plan for healthy eating. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way. Ongoing Training and Support I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
