I met Alex through my friend who already has been working out with him for about 3 months and have had really good results and highly recomended me to meet her personal trainer. I did listen to my friend and met with Alex a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with his pleasant personality and professionalism. We signed the contract the same day we met and my jorney to loose 50 pounds began. I was very happy with his inovative technics and could see the results after 2 weeks of training with him. In about 3 month I lost 30 pounds and keep on track to loose 20 more to achieve my goal of 50 pounds. I highly recomend Alex to all my friends and people who wants to feels better, loose weight, prepare for iron man, and have an amazing experience with this great guy who is a true professional and knows exactly what hi is doing to make sure his clients are happy and achieving what they signed up for. 5 Stars Alex-keep it up!!!

In the past I have tried fad diets, working out with trainers at the mainstream gyms, doing it on my own, and setting goals but not following through with them. I kept trying and failing over and over again because I never grasped the mental part of health and fitness, the most important part in my opinion. Thanks to Alex, I have lost 33 lbs with him(38 lbs total since March 2012). I no longer have health issues -- my blood sugar and cholesterol levels are back to normal. I look/feel the best I ever looked/felt in my life. I have not been with Alex for the last few months. However, he has permanently changed my mentality about food and exercise.

Case in point, I was starving while at Costco last weekend. The old me would have scarfed down a hot dog. I stepped out of the food line, finished shopping, and drove to Juice Bar for a protein style shake. I struggle at times with wheat or rice (you don't realize how difficult it is to go low carb at a Chinese restaurant) but by default, I eat protein style -- meat, veggies, eggs, and nuts. 

The old me would have never stepped into the weight room to lift and now I'm a regular.

I have worked out with personal trainers before, but never with anyone who actually cared about how I was doing and wanted me to be healthy not just lose weight. I knew that Alex was different the first day I met him when he gave me reading homework. I was like I have to read to get in shape, but Alex wanted me to understand my body and what roles nutrition and exercise played in my life. 

I didn't get to work with Alex as long as I would have liked, but with him I lost nearly 12 pounds in just a few short months. Everyone asks me what I'm doing like it's some big secret or mystery. I just say I met this awesome guy who taught me how to eat right and exercise the right way.

I would recommend Alex to everyone! He's the BEST!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have several pricing packages to choose from 1 session - $100 5 sessions - $450 ($90 per session) 10 sessions $800 ($80 per session) 20 sessions $1400 ($70 per session) - the most popular package for committed clients I can also train 2 people at the same time, the price would be 50% more per session or per package.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Continuing education is a "must do" in our profession, I've learned all the different approaches in strength, flexibility, endurance training to pick up the best of each, to create my own systems to meet the clients expectations (weight loss, specific sport training, muscle mass gaining, slimming and toning e.t.c.)

    Fitness Assessment An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. My fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results. The Fitness assessment measures: Body fat BMI (Body Mass Index) Physical endurance Muscle strength Strength Training I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance.
