Definitely worth it. I have noticed huge differences with my body since I began their program. And their facility is huge for a personal training studio. They offer different prices depending on what you want to do. All their fitness trainers are experienced, certified and even have degrees in this field. You don't see that level of experience often. If you want the best fitness training at an affordable rate, definitely give them a call!!!
Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. I started working out with Julian on June 2016, and it's been a life-changing journey for me toward my health and fitness goals. Then he changes it up so it's more challenging! :) I continue to work with Julian. Having him as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my wellness and health!
Craig Marks is the first fitness trainer I've ever been to who is always on time and always prepared for everyone's sessions. He takes pride in his fitness studio which is obvious from the second you step foot inside the door and he takes pride in his work ethic. He's always friendly and always ready to push you beyond your limits in a safe manner.
Bentley is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He teaches proper technique and form which is so important to working out safely. The workout is customized to your fitness needs. The gym is spotless and well equipped.

Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . Pedro is my a personal trainer, who arranged a fitness routine suitable to my goals of getting healthier, especially since I have diabetes and recovering from breast cancer. Pedro was flexible and catered to my needs and capabilities. He pushed me just enough without being too hard.
I had two classes with her so far and an assessment session and I have signed up for 12 classes. She is wonderful with her work. She is helping me with posture correction, nutrition and helping me with my fitness goal. I will recommend her.

I love Jennifer and her approach. She's not just about the scale, the pounds, and the looks. Jennifer geniounly cares about her clients' wellbeing and that includes physical and mental fitness. You have fun working out with her. She pushes you while you always at the same time know and feel that she's got you. She takes care of you. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable not just in the field of physical fitness, but also when it comes to mental support & wellbeing, motivation, and nutrition. I even trained with Jen via long distance. She went above and beyond and created a video for me in which she demonstrated and explained the different exercises. I could do this workout everywhere which was super practical while traveling and after I had moved to the west coast. I lost 20 pounds in two months on her program while also watching what I ate. But I credit her training and more even her spirit, her inspiration, and her support with helping me stay on track when it came to my nutrition and clean eating as well. Working woth Jimmy was a great experience! I learned how to eat clean , train hard , work out the right way , and have the best form ! I learned so much from him when it came to health, fitness , and nutrition. Anyone I referred to him was just as happy! The motivation was incredible too !!

Sean is a great trainer . I have a tendency to find it difficult to go regularly to fitness but with Sean it's easier. After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
