I started with Matt as my personal trainer about a little less than 2 months ago. Matt is exceptional at providing motivation without being pushy, he gets you to the very limit of your own ability and nudges you just enough to push past it with each session. He is able to keep every session unique enough the keep your body confused and hungry to keep growing. He also does fitness training and I've seen remarkable changes in my friends who have done conditioning with him. Lou is first rate! He takes time to explain each exercise describing what area of muscles will be affected. He is quick to watch your form for maximizing your workout, and keep you from injuries. Lou also takes the time to discuss your eating habits with recommendations. Lou makes you feel at ease during your workout but will challenge you at each session. I would highly recommend Lou Fay for anyone looking for a trainer. You will not be sorry.
Excellent and professional fitness service. Jarred is a great coordinator and team leader who really cares about my goals and find the best-fit trainer for me, either from the perspective of coach's personality or training methods. It's been great! Tyler was so supportive and patient ! I've lost 55 pounds. He set me up on a nutrition plan and would adjust it when needed. Tyler is very knowledgeable about fitness. The workout plan was never more then I could handle and he would switch it up for me so I didn't get bored. All I can say is that it worked. I would highly recommend him!

I needed a personal trainer to get in shape. Brandon is great at paying attention to your fitness needs. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to exercising specific muscle groups. I have been getting great results from him. Specifically, my legs look incredible after only a few weeks.
