- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to dance, and when I got to high school I decided I wanted to become a technically trained dancer. When I took my first ballet class I was 269 pounds, and I used my love of dance and my desire to become a healthier me to lose weight. Once I got to college I fell in love with exercise and nutrition, and I have since built my business around dance and fitness.
