Hired to install wall cabinets in our kitchen but after months one of the cabinets are literally falling of the wall
Upon further investigation they were only mounted to the wall through the thin back panel. When cabinets are installed they should be reenforced and screwed together through the frames from the sides as well (I watched and learned how to install but decided I didn’t have time for this and should hire a pro)

Absolutely stellular service and performance. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and I needed to get my $20k Diamond Diva cabinets installed. I was very impressed with Sanford Granite (aka Handmade Cabinets) on the phone, but remained somewhat concerned since I had contracted for the install over the phone. It came down to "can they deliver" and did they ever.
Polite, organized, proper tools, etc. and they deliver a "first class installation". I cannot say enough positive thinks about them, but I will certainly do my part in appreciation by recommending them to others that might be looking for a cabinet installer. One thing in closing is that they also build custom cabinets themselves, plus other carpentry items like entertainment centers and closets. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

Mike did a great job installing my cabinets, shelves, microwave, dishwasher, and patching up drywall after I chopped down my breakfast bar! He showed up promptly at 9:00 am as agreed, and did great work! The cabinets and shelves are rock solid in the metal studs, perfectly level, and did a great job installing the appliances, including the electrical box for the microwave. I would definitely hire Mike in the future!

Did a great job at a superb price. Only beef, the handles on 2 cabinets were installed in the wrong position. He offered to fix it but it would have meant a small patch. Otherwise a perfect kitchen. Would use him again for sure.

Wonderful! We've been renovating our house for last 2 years and have literally worked with over a dozen contractors from a GC to Homeadvisor to friends' referrals and I can honestly say the Vlad and his company, Local Pro Handyman are hands down the best. Here are the reasons :
1) Scheduling is seamless and pricing is up front. They charge by the man-hour and their technical advisor will review at your proposed work and come with an estimate duration of work. Follow-up is great even if they are running only 1/2 hour late.
2) They work with you on details and will provide suggestions if you are unsure. I hired Local Pro to install a ceiling storage rack in the garage and to do the finish work on a built in cabinet. For both jobs, Vlad asked for specific input and gave a heads up of progress or when a decision had to be made. Also, Vlad was great in giving advice when I wasn't sure of the trim configuration. It turned out that he was dead on and the results exceeded my expectations.
3) Vlad really cares about his work and making his customers happy. He and his team (Dima is great also) were finishing up when he pointed out an area he wanted to caulk that I hadn't even noticed. When he was done I was amazed what a difference it made to the finished look of the built in.
3) They are really fast and efficient. They knocked out a job in less than the quoted estimate and cleaned everything up.
