I take the time to get to know each client then come up with a customized menu. I want to ensure satisfaction to each and every client and what better way than to allow them to play a HUGE part in planning their events menu. I'm a strong believer of you eat with your eyes first so I thoroughly enjoy taking the time to present my food in a unique and appetizingly cute fashion. No matter the menu, I always find a way to make it look great!

Bless My Soul Catering provided catering services for my extended family's weekend in Florida. Bless My Soul catering supplied breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 25 people all weekend. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Antoinae worked with me consistently from the planning stage through execution to ensure my vision came to fruition. Her staff was prompt, professional, and flexible to accommodate special dietary requirements and guests of all ages. When Antoinae says “Your guests are going to love the shrimp and grits” she is speaking the absolute truth! She customized a brunch menu for my daughters wedding, that knocked it out of the park. She was easy to talk to, very responsive, and worked with our budget in mind. The extra touches she added to the food setup elevated the presentation to a higher level. I was requesting quotes for my sons 5th grade banquet IN VERY SHORT NOTICE. Out of 50, I CHOSE BLESS MY SOUL FOOD CATERING & MORE!!!!! I needed to cater to 250+ guests. The vendors I had lined up for this event would not have been able to beat the cost, the timing, accommodating such a crowd on such short notice...NOR do it effortlessly with quality, FLAVOR and efficiency the ways I was catered to by THIS company. Immediately they were on my phone offering suggestions, and arranging to meet to HELP plan the menu as well offer any additional hand in any and every way for this event. Their time was very precious and they offered so much they didn't have to (that was so personal and comforting). On the day of the banquet, they were very much prepared, on time, organized, well dressed, extremely professional and SKILLED to the MAX! The dishes were AMAZING! Hot, fresh, flavorful, well made and well presented!!! Everything was cooked to perfection and so much more than I ever expected!! QUALITY! QUALITY! QUALITY! And can I say QUALITY! This catering company BEATS ALL I have ever seen, tasted, experienced and known!! From BBQ to fine dining THEY LITERALLY DO IT ALL AND DO IT VERY VERY WELL!!!!! THEY ARE AWESOME AND ACCOMMODATE ANY AND EVERY EVENT TYPE AND VENUE!!! I've been in the event world in Orlando for 15 years and my Father for 40! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do case by case pricing. Some clients have a strict budget and I will design a menu to fit within that budget. Other clients, who have more wiggle room with their budget, I base the price on the customized menu that the client and I have collaborately come up with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically We will have an initial consultation to discuss likes and dislikes. Within 48 hours I would send a customized menu based on the information obtained from consultation. If menu is approved we would then do a tasting.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in High School I developed a "lazy stomach". It kept me isolated in bed for years. The only place I found relief was in the kitchen cooking, creating. I have a passion for food and I have a passion for people. Anyone who will be ordering any type of meal from me will find love and passion in everything I do!
