We do custom menus to all our clients so that each event is their own. We give them the sense of satisfaction knowing that they have chosen each and every item. I like the fact that not every day is the same. I have the opportunity to be creative and make my days different. Meeting new people and seeing that look of surprise.

Reflections of Thyme did a wonderful job catering our house party. We hired them on short notice and they did not skip a beat. They were responsive to our needs and were very professional. And, most importantly, the food was great! We look forward to working with them again!

Would definitely use them again. Frank Diaz will respond to your questions promptly and makes every effort to make your event a success.
