Tammy was great to work with. She's kind, professional and her menu options are delicious. I was apprehensive about how everything would go because we were hosting 22 women for a bridal shower in a home that had a small kitchen area. Somehow, as she said she would, she made it work and seem effortless.
Everyone complimented the food and asked "how did you find her?!". :) But, aside from the food, the most important thing to me is personality and how you make people feel. Tammy is warm and incredibly kind & patient.
We had the event (Bridal Brunch) in Jacksonville and though it was a bit of a drive for her from Gainesville, she arrived on time, well prepared and in a great mood. She's great and I'd definitely recommend her for your future gatherings.
Of note, she also cleaned up afterwards and once she left, you'd never know that she'd just prepared for for 22 people in the space! Such a huge help for the host! Worth it's weight on gold to not have to worry about food and cleaning up the food when you're also busy hosting. You'll be grateful you have her!
Thanks, Tammy!

This was my first experience with a personal chef and was very pleased with how stress free it was. Tamara gave me menu ideas and was very accommodating. She was punctual and arrived on time with all her supplies in hand. She cleaned up the kitchen and left it the way it started off. I did not have to lift a finger. Her food was also very yummy especially the ceaser salad and Ahi tuna. Thanks Tamara for a wonderful birthday dinner.

Tammy was our chef for an in-home dinner party on a Sunday afternoon in February. 12 adults, and all of us thoroughly loved the entire experience. All of our guests contacted us afterwards to say how much fun they had and how wonderful the food was.
From the first contact, Tammy impressed me right away by providing a large menu of items to choose from in the various course offerings. It printed out to over 5 pages of appetizers, salads/soups, entrees, sides, and desserts. The hardest part was choosing, but it sure was nice to see so many choices as you want to accommodate 12 guests.
We picked 4 appetizers, a terrific wedge salad with blue cheese/bacon dressing, prime rib, 3 side dishes, and her homemade turtle pie. The prime rib was perfect, and several said the turtle pie was the best dessert they'd ever had. My personal favorite was her prosciutto wrapped scallop appetizer.......wow they were fantastic.
Tammy arrived 2 hours before our guests with every single thing needed to prepare the meal. Several bags of food, serving plates, various kitchen tools, mixer, fondue server, spices, milk/eggs, etc....... We used our own tableware and plates even though she offered to bring that as well.
I was impressed with how clean she works, and when she left the kitchen was perfect. She even placed all the leftovers into ziplock bags for us to keep and reheat.
I highly recommend Tammy for an in-home dinner party, and the next time we do this we'll hire her again.

Tamara cooked for 17 people last night for my 50th bday party; she did a wonderful job and everything was Delicious!! She was very responsive through the whole process - answered all messages very quickly and provided as many menu options as I requested (and there were a lot) It was so nice to get out of the kitchen and enjoy my friends for a change. I would definitely recommend Tamara for any event that you are hosting!!

Tamara is an exceptional chef who takes great care in personalizing your dinner experience. Her varied menu selections will appeal to a,wide variety of palettes, and you can choose as many or as few courses as you would like. Currently my husband and I are enjoying Tamara's services for intimate monthly dinners for two at our home. (Would be a great gift idea!) The meal was delicious, relaxing, and each of Tamara's courses were delicious. We look forward to each dinner, sure to be one of the culinary highlights each month!
