Amie has cooked many times for me so I am highly qualified to review her ... but I will keep it short and sweet. She loves to create dishes that you will love -- not force her preferences on you. But she will create what you love with a new approach using her experience and intuition. She is super because of her intuition and natural because of her love and knowledge of healthy foods. But if you want her to try something wild and new, set her loose and taste what happens! I'm sure you will love it.
