My little girl has been learning how to play the upright bass through school and was very excited to learn she was getting private lessons. Mr. Chris has made her experience in wanting to learn how to become a better bass player even more enjoyable. His ability to explain proper techniques has brought clarity to her understanding the instrument more. He displays patience as she develops her skills and understanding of how to play a variety of music pieces. He makes her sessions light but still has the high expectations in place which at times can be hard to balance. However, Mr. Chris does this with ease. You see how much he values his work based on the time and effort he puts into his student and his teaching during each session.
