Hector was awesome as he was on time, thorough and reasonably priced. He went through everything with me and answered all my questions. He was also available days after the inspection to give me advice on a roof warranty.

Working with Héctor was a pleasure! Firstly, Héctor arrived ahead of schedule and explained how the inspection would be performed. He invited me to ask any questions and showed me how to operate the house’s components I was unfamiliar with. He pays attention to detail and is meticulous. No stone was left unturned and he was in no rush to ensure that a thorough inspection was completed. What’s more, my report was provided just a few ministers after the completion of the inspection. Now for the cherry on the icing…his prices are very reasonable . I would definitely use Héctor and his Xpress Inspection service again. Five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hector did a fantasic job! He showed up on time and performed the inspection in a courteous and professional manner. The entire process from scheduling the inspection to receiving the report via email promptly after the inspection was flawless. I had this wind mitigation inspection done at the advice of my insurance agent in hopes that it would qualify my home for a reduced homeowners insurance premium. By providing this report to my insurance company today, I saved over $1,000 on my yearly insurance premium! If you haven't had a wind mitigation inspection done before, you should definately consider it if you want to potentially have lower insurance costs. Thanks again, Hector. I will be providing your company info to all my friends and relatives!
