- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge a day rate which depends on several factors such as... Do you need a sound system for one day or several days? Do you need a simple P.A. system with microphones, or a more complex system for live entertainment? Travel distance from north Orlando
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication prior to the event is vital. I begin programming my mixing console well in advance to save valuable time during load-in and setup. If live entertainment is involved, I need to know things such as how many band members, what instruments, how many vocalists (male & female), etc. Then we'll discuss the electrical power requirements of my system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing audio since my high school days, and I have college degrees in music and telecommunications. I keep up with current trends in the field by reading trade journals.
