⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shawn is officially my dryer vent superhero!
I honestly don’t even know where to begin because Shawn did such an amazing job! He came out to clean our dryer and dryer vent, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned properly and safely.
But what impressed me just as much as the quality of his work was his customer service. Shawn was incredibly friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a great job, not just rushing through it and moving on to the next appointment.
It’s rare to receive service so good that you remember the technician more than the company! That’s Shawn! I told him he’s officially our dryer vent guy from now on. 😂 Not that he's going to but even if he ever leaves the company he currently works for, I’d still want to continue using him wherever he goes. That’s how much I trust the quality of his work and the service he provided.

5-Star service. I had another vendor do the dryer ventcleaning who did not clean the vent cap on the roof. my dryer vent was clogged at the roof vent which kept blowing up Dryer fuse as it was not able to blow out the hot air. Dryer vent superheroes came to the rescue and did a thorough job by going on the roof and cleaning the vent cap on the roof.

Very happy we decided to use Dryer Vent Superheroes. Efficient, friendly and knowledgable. The work was very thorough with camera images to show us the build up (which was a lot). The dryer was also tested afterwards. We will definitely use them for our annual ventcleaning and I highly recommend them.

Here's our fixed, no-surprise pricing:

That's the full price for the cleaning service. Every cleaning includes a safety inspection, full cleaning from the wall to the exterior vent, before & after photos, and a 1-year guarantee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take airflow readings at the exit before and after cleaning.
We clean the exit vent, getting on the roof if the exit is there.
We clean the lint trap, under the lint trap, the exhaust pipe inside the back of your dryer, under and behind your dryer and your connection hose.
We run cameras in side the full length of the dryer duct taking before and after pictures.
We clean the full length of the dryer duct with two different types of brush.
Our cleanings include a safety inspection, a digital report with photos, and a one year guarantee.
