This company FNH came to do a corporate lunch catering at our office two weeks ago. They did a Taco buffet, very professional with cooks, professional set up, fun margarita maker, and the food was phenomenal. Come to find out now they are coming every month to cater our office on the last Tuesday of the month for our monthly Taco Tuesday get together for all the co-workers. I might try their meal delivery service as the reviews here are awesome. I will be sure to update my review once I try their meal delivery service.

Customer service is great. I wanted to lose weight but didn't know how. They walked me through the whole process and after 3 weeks, I am still enjoying the meals. Each meal is portioned to my daily intake and I never knew so much went into nutrition. I never saw results before, so it was never fun for me, but now I enjoy and look forward to my delivery each week. Thank you Fresh n Healthy.

Fresh & Healthy is my new favourite company. I tried Fresh Meals and Cater fit but this food is way better. The variety is awesome and I get to choose from different menus instead of having the meals chosen for me or forcing me to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. The portions are bigger than both companies but they don't slack on quality and is the reason Fresh & Healthy is my new favourite service. I lost about 6 lbs with them but I am eating more food than before, they have knowledgeable staff. Good job guys !!!

I was Lamar Miller's personal health chef for 2 years. I then started my own company in South Florida and now moved it to Orlando
