Chef Novo and his amazing team made my mom’s birthday celebration truly unforgettable! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed with a wonderful selection of charcuterie and dips to entice our appetites, followed by five incredible courses, each one somehow better than the last. The meal culminated in a fantastic surf and turf, followed by a delicious chocolate birthday cake that was the perfect ending to a special evening.

Every course was not only delicious but beautifully presented, with such creative and thoughtful attention to detail. The presentation made each dish feel like a special occasion in itself. The entire crew was professional, attentive, and wonderful to work with, making sure everything went smoothly for our group of 15. They even left our kitchen spotless!

It takes a truly talented chef and team to create a dining experience that feels this special, and Chef Novo delivered in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate Mom’s birthday. Highly recommend Chef Novo and his amazing crew for anyone looking to create a memorable culinary experience!

Chef Novo and his team catered an intimate 20 person dinner, a 200 person rehearsal dinner and another 150 person brunch for us over the last four days. Chef and his team created delicious meals for us each time - our guests were blown away by the food options, the beautiful presentations and the enormous variety. We accommodated everything from vegans to omnivores and it was all great. Would highly, highly recommend Chef Novo and his team.

Chef Novo did an amazing job for our dinner party of 19 people. He needed no direction from me—he came in, set everything up beautifully, and made sure everything was served perfectly and right on time.

He and his staff were extremely professional, organized, and easy to work with. The food and presentation were wonderful, and we absolutely loved the mocktails! The gold spray was such a fun and beautiful touch, and the drinks were delicious.

Everything flowed effortlessly throughout the evening. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Chef Novo and his team.

My husband celebrated my birthday by having Chef Novo prepare a six-course meal for eight of us at our home. It was nothing short of extraordinary! Chef Novo arrived in plenty. of time, fully prepared and even added a charcuterie platter for us to enjoy before dinner while we toasted with Champagne. All the courses were special and presented in unique, creative ways. Everyone enjoyed the meal. And Chef Novo and his assistant, Wendy, were thoughtful and present without being overly present. And they left the kitchen absolutely spotless. I would definitely look forward to experiencing Chef Novo's culinary artistry again!

Chef Novo provided an incredible 2 day, 6 meal, experience at our home.  He was able to work around our dietary restrictions while providing an amazing flavorful experience across a variety of cuisines. He and his assistant were professional, courteous and kept to themselves as they worked in the kitchen, but Chef Novo was also very friendly and generous in explaining how the dishes were made.  Whether you choose the dishes, or require his suggestions, either way they will come out perfect. We will be using him again soon!
