They sent me multiple menus with different cuisine options and different price points until we found something fit exactly what we were looking for. Then from there Javier was available for any calls or changes I had and the days leading up to the event they reached out to make sure we were okay. The day of the actual event, Javier was on time and was ready to go as soon he got there. He was a complete professional the whole time he was cooking as well as serving, explaining what each dish was and what ingredients he used. Then of course the actual food was amazing! From the first course until dessert every thing tasted better than pretty much every restaurant we have been to. It was easy to tell the quality of the ingredients were of a higher quality as well as how Javier knew how to mix the flavors to bring them out the most of each flavor.
