We gave less than a week’s notice to Chef Novo to cater a 20 person at-home wedding. We wanted a Brazilian-American fusion and buffet style. From the quality of ingredients to the presentation, I could not have imagined a better experience. Chef Novo and his team delivered above and beyond the call of duty. He’s a great guy and his services were exceptional. We will use him again for future events. He delivered on every promise.

Chef Novo exceeded our expectations in every facet. We were looking for an elevated, private dining experience and he delivered. My wife and I are attorneys from Minneapolis. We hosted a private dinner party with family on Anna Maria Island. Chef Novo helped cultivate an impressive menu, the presented it in such an appealing and unique way. He described each dish as it was presented and made each guest feel cared for. I would recommend Chef Novo to anyone looking to hire a private chef for their event.

I am so lucky that I found Chef Novo to cook for about 10 of us to celebrate my husband’s birthday! The food was absolutely superb, but it was the entire experience — planning, menu selection, presentation, engagement with my guests, clean up, and attitude — that made it truly exceptional! Beyond all that, he was incredibly easy to work with. The event could not have gone better!! Thank you Chef Novo!!

Chef Novo and his assistant Wendy were top notch! They exceeded my expectations for creating a special, stress-free event for my large family over a holiday weekend. When every member of my family, from 2 years old to 70 years old, had full bellies and no complaints, I couldn't have been happier! I could not have asked for anything better. Chef Novo was consistently responsive, flexible with the menu, and easy to communicate with from the moment of booking all the way through the event. I highly recommend Chef Novo and plan to book him again in the future.

Chef Novo was amazing! We hired him to make a dinner for 12 people following a small beach wedding of our son and his fiancé. Chef was very communicative, easy to work with, even for special arrangements being made for a family member who needed gluten free, dairy free and has a seafood allergy!! Chef was on time, and had everything set up and ready as we came back from the beach. He was super helpful explaining items to Spanish speaking family members too. He and his assistant cleaned up and moved stools and other items that we were not sure of. There wasn’t a detail he didn’t take care of!! And best of all, the food was incredible!! Our son and all of our guests loved everything. He also had a pastry chef to make a small cake and a few mini desserts. I would highly, highly recommend Chef Novo and plans are underway already to use him again!!
