Ja’Quis is a wonderful chef! The food was amazingly tasty and he is very professional. We had fried calamari, sliders surf and turf, and carrot cake. Each course was super flavorful. He brought a server with him that helped everything run smooth. He helped make my mothers’ feel very special on Mother’s Day. We will definitely have him again and will recommend him if anyone is looking for a private chef.

JacQuis (and Jim!) were an excellent choice for our work team retreat in Orlando. The customized menus were impressive from the start, they were incredibly professional and courteous, and most importantly, the food was outstanding. They came in to a blank kitchen and left us with full stomachs, a spotless kitchen, and tons of leftovers in the fridge. The menu was well-balanced and the flavors all blended together seamlessly. We will hire JacQuis again in a heartbeat. 10/10. Thank you for taking care of us so well!

Chef Ja’Quis definitely gave me service worth the money. I originally booked a brunch with him, but unforeseen circumstances caused me to have to reschedule for the evening. Chef was understanding and flexible, he allowed me to change the time with no hesitation. Communication my wants and needs was easy and efficient. When Chef arrived he was polite and professional. As we waited for our meal, chef maintained a clean space and had great conversation. He executed a well crafted meal that was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I will recommend him for anyone’s cooking needs.
