Great guy.Aug 20, 2018Verified
Jason is an amazing trainer!! He pushes you beyond what you thought your limits were, and although I haven't trained with him for too long, I'm already seeing results. He's also just a really great person and fun to workout with.Mar 1, 2018Verified
I had never worked with a trainer and was very intimidated to start, but knew I had to make a change. Jason helped me believe I could succeed and helped me change my life! I wouldn't be at a 70 pound weight loss if it wasn't for his training/workouts and his belief that I could do it. I'll be forever grateful for his knowledge and experience. The work is hard but well worth it!Mar 1, 2018Verified
Jason is very good at motivating you and keeping you accountable in your journey. He is very personable and makes working out a little less dreadful. He makes a plan for you and makes sure you are working your body to its max without over doing it. I would recommend him to my friends.Mar 1, 2018Verified
The best thing I've ever done for myself! I was feeling old, weak and crippled before I hired Jason. I'm now feeling younger and a lot stronger, running up the stairs of my house, when I used to practically crawl. He's basically sculpting me a new body. He's made a huge difference in my life!Mar 1, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer in person training with standard 60 minute and 30 minutes sessions. In addition, I offer two training programs online, each with a fixed monthly cost. Group Training sessions are also available.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Their education is key. Anyone can read a book and get any personal trainer "certification" for a few hundred dollars. Look for a trainer who has a four year college degree in health, fitness, and nutrition related fields. They should also have valid CPR/AED certifications, be licensed, bonded, and insured. They should make you comfortable and answer all your questions. Also since exercise can be a grueling task for most of us they should be someone who you enjoy being around for a few hours a week!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Very few trainers have a college degree. Many don't even have a certification (ACE, NSCA, ACSM) and don't have valid CPR/AED training. Many are also not licensed, bonded, and insured. You cannot trust a trainer just because he wears the right gym t-shirt. Ask the right questions. You wouldnt want someone without a great education to do your taxes, defend you in court, or teach your child to read and write. So why would you be content to trust your health and well being or invest your valuable time and your hard earned money into someone who doesnt have the credentials to back it up?
