- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients, is to take the time to perform an assessment such as, finding out what physical activity have they had in the past. What work best to help them stick to an exercise program. What work the least, what contributed to their quitting an exercise program. How did they keep up their exercise program when disruptions got in the way. Basically getting to know the client and then design a program that will work with their needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness has always been my passion, growing up I have always been athletic. Then, I start neglecting my workouts and not eating clean and before I knew it I gain 50 lbs. I decided I needed to lose the weight, with hard work and dedication it took me 5 months to lose the weight. After losing the weight I realized that in order for me to keep the weight off I had to make this a lifestyle. That saying that diets doesn't work is a true statement. I enjoyed training and most of all I love to motivate and inspire people to become healthy and fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with clients who want to lose weight, maintain their current weight and clients who need guidance on nutrition.
