- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per session. Session are sold individually or at a monthly rate. Travel time may include a fee if location is out of area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess what the customer wants first and where they currently are in their fitness, mental, and wellness standing. I then see where they want to be and create a lifestyle plan around that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lived the proper lifestyle for wellness most of my entire life. I have been trained under a bodybuilder from the 70's, I have studied exercise, health and wellness outside of school for 10 years, and I have worked through an Exercise and Sports Science degree in college for 4 years. I have also first hand experience by practicing what I preach.
