- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You'll find tremendous value in working with the professional services of Candor Luxe Travel. Our clients receive the value of our knowledge, expertise, worldwide contacts, exclusive access, and time spent in researching, planning and customizing every travel experience arranged. Candor Luxe Travel is a luxury travel consultancy, thus as with any other professional service we charge fees for our expertise and time. Fees are based on the scope of the trip, number of passengers, destination(s) and complexity. For international trips fees begin at $295 and for domestic travel fees start at $150. By taking part in exclusive, invitation-only affiliations with many well-known luxury hotels, cruise and tour operators, we often secure: * Preferred rates, special promotions, and offers * Priority room upgrades * Complimentary daily breakfast * Credits to use at hotel/ship restaurants or spas * Complimentary wi-fi * VIP amenities and special attention

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education is ongoing through our affiliation with the trusted Virtuoso travel network. The Virtuoso Travel Academy provides us with continuing education and training in all aspects of travel; from emerging new destinations, latest experiences and suppliers, to worldwide travel advisories. We are also certified as Virtuoso Wanderlist® Travel Portfolio Advisors (a select group in the travel industry) specializing in travel portfolio planning. Just as a financial advisor develops a long-term plan to help clients reach their financial goals, we collaboratively work with our clients to better understand them, all their hopes and dreams, places and things they want to experience in their life to intentionally curate a strategic plan to turn their bucket list into reality. Additional background: * Jose has 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a reputation for being unwaveringly client-focused. * Brigitte has 15 years of experience in strategic leadership with large banking and wealth management companies who accept nothing less than great results. We have leveraged and transitioned our deep experience and client focus into Luxury Travel.
