I’ve had trainers in the past and he sets the bar high for how personable he makes each session for his clients. Aside from actual training, he will make sure to guide you and motivate you in every aspect of your training. This includes anything from nutrition guides created exclusively for you towards your fitness goals as well as daily check-ins focused on mental health and a combination of fitness and nutrition. Virtual trainings are also available in case you happen to travel and would like to have virtual sessions which is a plus! Working out with Chris is different in the sense where he will make sure you feel at home and comfortable in a safe space. He will guide you in every step of your training including proper form, flexibility, range of motion, etc. He will make sure you understand what each exercise or stretches target so aside from an actual guided training session, you also become knowledgeable about what you’re targeting at that moment and the benefits to each. Workouts with Chris are one of a kind and you will not feel like you’re ‘just a number’. I highly recommend Goldy’s Fitness for anyone looking for a top notch trainer!"See more
