- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple, personalized, and stress-free from the start. Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a quick consultation to learn about your preferences, dietary needs, event details, and budget. From there, we create a custom menu tailored to your taste and occasion. After the menu is approved, we secure the date with a deposit and handle everything — from grocery sourcing to preparation, plating, and cleanup. Whether it’s a private dinner or a catered event, our goal is to elevate your experience and make every bite memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a strong background in fine dining and hospitality, I’ve trained under seasoned chefs in high-end restaurant kitchens and luxury catering environments. Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Business. That hands-on experience — combined with years of serving private clients — has shaped my approach to food: refined, flavorful, and executed with precision.
