I can not recommend this place enough.Kenny is my personal trainer and has been for the last month. In that month I have lost 8inches and over 19.5lbs!But its not even just about the loosing. This is place is amazing I started training with my son (he’s 12)at top notch a month a go. It been an awesome experience. A great balance of weight training, cardio and stretching . When my hips gets really tight they also include some therapy exercises . They adjust the work to your body and are very intuitive and experienced.My son looks forward to going every week. I started working back out in february running 6 miles pretty much every morning. I was blessed to have started this journey with Top Notch Training. No Words can describe how intense and amazing this class is. Kenny and Erick are awesome and i met Angela today for booty camp and core training and lets just say i felt the burn.... - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost introduce myself, and let the client know of my past experiences on my fitness journey. After hearing said clients current state in their fitness journey, asking what he or she's goals are from my expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training for years myself, and been helping others since 2012. I loved helping others so much I decided to become certified in 2015 and after months of thoroughly studying every detail, I became certified at the beginning of 2016.
