Look very closely, and the details will portrait the real image. Professionalism, education, posture, punctuality, communication, cleanliness, personal hygiene (Fingernails, Hair), and organization are some to look for. Always remember, a Firm Hand Shake and eye contact set the stage. Anybody can learn how to cook, that's the easy part.
