Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.

I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.

This was my very first yoga experience and it was an incredible experience. Amy did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and helping me achieve poses that exceeded what I thought I could. She created a peaceful and soothing environment that helped me really engage in the experience. I am usually not comfortable being touched (I even hate massages), but Amy's gentle approach to hands-on coaching was completely comfortable and helped me properly do the exercises. I can't wait for the next session.
I was suffering from high anxiety and lower back pain. I wasn't comfortable doing yoga in large groups. I decided that a 1 on 1 approach with Lara. This allowed me to choose a location I felt comfortable with.Restorative yoga is what we decided was best for me. Breathing techniques,aroma therapy and sound healing. I've done 2 sessions a week for the past 3 months.My anxiety is under control and feeling confident around others. My flexibility has improved and joined my local gym.I'm very pleased with my progress and recommend Laras services. Namaste

Jenny is an excellent instructor. She thoroughly explains each move in her calming voice, and flows at a pace that is easy to follow. The yoga classes are always dynamic, and involve a perfect balance of meditative breathing and stretches, as well as challenging postures. Jenny is an educated instructor, and shows her skills throughout the class. She takes the time to walk around and adjust everyone, and she gets to know each of her students. This is very appreciated by students like myself. I would love to attend all of Jenny's classes. Yoga Bio and Style Christina Armenti took her first yoga class in 2009 during college at the University of Central Florida's recreation center. She quickly knew there was something special about it, practicing once a month or so until she moved to Miami in 2012 and found herself in love with the yoga community. Upon moving to Miami Beach, she integrated yoga into her lifestyle on a weekly, and then eventually, daily basis. She found refuge in yoga with her high-demand stressful corporate life and quickly new the healing it provided her from past experiences in life, her herniated disk she once ruptured in 2009, allowing her a sense of inner stability, and was able to learn how to heal herself naturally through the art of yoga for her mind, body, and soul. She made the decision in August 2014 to pursue her 200 hours yoga teacher training as it started with a thought that she naturally embraced. Christina always encompasses positive motivation throughout her classes and favors meditation before and after a class. Her style is vinyasa, incorporating breathing technique coupled with Kundalini Mantras from time to time while ensuring you have received a good sweat, teaching multilevel and having her students feel a sense of inner peace after they leave. You may find Christina anywhere from traditional to new age while incorporating mantras, upbeat tunes, or music that soothes the soul as she enjoys making you feel you are somewhere where you have never been before.
